ATMs

Find ATMs throughout Stansted Airport Terminal.

Wi-Fi 

Free Wi-Fi is available during four hours. Passengers need to connect to "_stanstedairport" Wi-Fi network.

Traveling with children

Baby changing facilities on arrival
At London Stansted Airport, there are baby changing facilities located along baggage reclaim, departure areas, among others. There is also a breastfeeding room located in the main departures lounge. 

 

Gender-neutral restroom

After security, in the departure lounge, passengers will find a gender neutral restroom. Located next to Dune shop.  

Lost & Found

For any concern regarding lost items in Stansted Airport Terminal, the Luggage-Point Airport Services desk is at your service. Find the office in the International Arrivals hall, in the landside concourse.

Opening hours: 6:00-22:00.  

Currency Exchange

There are several currency exchange offices throughout Stansted Airport Terminal in any of the three satellites.

Prayer room

Need a time to relax and pray before taking your flight? Find a prayer room in the check-in hall zone A.

There is also another prayer room right after clearing security check in the Departure Hall.

Tour operators

In the International Arrivals hall, after customs, you can find several tour operators counters ready to give a hand with your trip in the UK!

Find them right before exit the terminal.

Escape Lounge: Main Terminal. Open from 04:00 am until 08:30 pm. Services: Food, Wi-Fi, drinks, snacks, among others. 

Fast Track: Main Terminal. Open from 4:00am to 8:00pm. Services: no-smoking policy.

Stansted Airport has various shops and retails with different products. The terminal has a wide offer and passengers can buy a souvenir or a gift before leaving the Airport, as well as do some shopping and have a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner.
